Referrals to our services are managed via different teams in each area:

Redbridge

Referrals are made via London Borough of Redbridge ‘Reach Out Team’.

Waltham Forest

Referrals are made via Waltham Forest Women’s Aid Solace.

Birmingham

Referrals are made via Birmingham Children’s Trust / Birmingham City Council

Wait Times

We aim to keep wait times to a maximum of 5 weeks where possible. This is lower than the national average, with CAMHS referrals ranging between 3 months to 2 years.
